ArchHaus is a brand new, professionally designed 2-bedroom apartment in the heart of Jersey City — renovated from top to bottom and styled for guests who appreciate the details. Every finish, every piece of furniture, every fixture was chosen with intention. The result is a space that feels genuinely elevated: warm, modern, and cohesive, without sacrificing the comfort of a real home.
The open living area centers on a burnt-orange velvet sofa against a forest green accent wall hung with a curated gallery of contemporary art. A wall-mounted Smart TV, fiddle-leaf fig, and rattan coffee table complete the scene. The kitchen sits behind a slatted wood bar island with two molded plywood barstools, framed by an exposed brick column — opening into a chef-ready cooking space with stainless 5-burner stove, dishwasher, gold-pulled white shaker cabinets, subway tile, and a full coffee bar.
The king bedroom is the showstopper: an arched headboard wrapped in a black-and-gold geometric pattern, set against a warm mauve accent wall, lit by an oversized cluster pendant. The queen bedroom doubles as a productive workspace — gray walls with a slatted walnut feature wall, a circular mirror gallery, deep green velvet curtains, and a dedicated desk with cane chair. The bathroom finishes the design language with a wall of jade green subway tile, oval mirror, black fixtures, brass pendants, and a custom walnut vanity.
Great amenities, very stylish decor and the host is very accommodating! Fully equipped kitchen!
My family and I stayed for 5 days. I grew up on this street, so i was familiar with the area even though I moved away 25yrs ago. The apt is beautifully decorated and peaceful. Only issue was the parking. I had to have my brother drop us off and take the car with him because we couldn't find parking for almost 45mins daily. My recommendation is to rent a parking spot from 1 of the neighbors.

Zara’s place was exactly as described — great transport links, well-equipped amenities, and a very responsive host. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the neighbourhood was quiet with really friendly neighbours. Getting into NYC was easy via public transport during the day and Uber in the evenings. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great time, we were super close to Statue of Liberty. The space was perfect for us and easily accessible to train station to get to NYC.

The host and apartments are amazing, very clean and comfortable. The only thing that bothering is the neighborhood: dirty, no parking and rude people. Also not dog-friendly area, people go crazy if a dog peed on the grass (even though it's dirty everywhere around).

Danke Zara für alles! Tolles Apartment, sehr nette und herzliche Kommunikation, alles war perfekt! Der Weg zur nächsten Straßenbahn ist kurz, um die 10 Minuten. Wir bekamen Tipps zum einkaufen, sightseeing und co. Als wir einen medizinischen Notfall mit unserem Baby hatten, hat Sarah uns sehr geholfen. Danke nochmal dafür 🫶🏼❤️ bitte bucht hier! So herzlich und hilfsbereit sind die wenigsten Menschen! Und nach New York City braucht man wirklich nur gute 35 Minuten mit der Tram und dem Path. Achso: sehr ruhig gelegen und ganz tolle Betten :)

Zara is a wonderful host, with prompt and proactive communication. The accommodation is lovingly and stylishly furnished. We stayed as a family of four for five days and had plenty of space. The surrounding area is currently undergoing revitalization. We can't comment on the proximity to Jersey City center, but NYC is easily accessible by Uber. Five stars for the accommodation.
We really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was quiet, easy to walk around, and we even had a couple of funny run-ins with the local kids that made it even better. The location of the house was super convenient, and even though there wasn’t designated parking, we never had an issue finding a spot. Walking into the apartment, we were impressed right away with how nicely it was decorated. It smelled clean, felt fresh, and even though it’s on the smaller side, it never once felt cramped or cluttered. The mattress and pillows were so comfortable that we’re actually ordering the same set for our own place! 10/10 !!!
STAY HERE! Right off the bat the apt looked EXACTLY like the pictures. The interior is so well designed and perfect for 2-3 people looking for a city escape, or a place to call home for a few days. Zara was an incredible host. The place is gorgeous. The king sized bed was SO COMFORTABLE. The little desk was perfect for work, and I wish I could have stayed there so much longer. This place is 10 out of 10. Highly recommend, and cannot wait to stay again!
Zara’s place was clean, comfortable and very chic. The bed was so comfortable. The decor, the kitchen and the whole feel was like a nice little luxury apartment. I loved it. It was my daughter birthday and also my Sun big gig at Madison Square Garden. It was so accessible to the city as well. This place was worth every dime.
The apartment was beautifully decorated and looked just like the pictures. The beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed. There is free parking on the street, but it was very difficult to find a spot, and we had to park several blocks away. Otherwise, this was a really great place to stay.
The Airbnb was a wonderful place to stay and the host was amazing! Helped us out with many things and fast responses. If we are in the area again would definitely stay again!!

Schönes Apartment in einem gepflegten Viertel mit angenehmer Nachbarschaft. Am Tresen gab es nur zwei Stühle - das ist in der Beschreibung auch so angegeben, wir hatten es aber überlesen und würden dies als Verbesserungsvorschlag einreichen. Bei vier Schlafplätzen sollte es auch vier Stühle geben. Die Anbindung an Manhattan ist grundsätzlich gut - die angegebenen 25 Minuten sind sportlich, wir haben im Schnitt 45 Minuten gebraucht. Mit dem Parken hatten wir keine Probleme, Zaras Tipps waren sehr hilfreich und wir haben immer einen Parkplatz gefunden.
Zara ist eine supernette Gastgeberin, die immer erreichbar war, super Tipps gegeben hat und auch bei Fragen immer gleich geantwortet hat. Die Unterkunft ist von New York mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (ca. 30 Minuten) und einem 7minütigen Fußmarsch super erreichbar. Sie liegt mitten in einem heterogen Wohngebiet mit einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft. Die Betten sind super bequem und wir wurden mit einem schönen (elektrischen) Kaminfeuer begrüßt. Absolut empfehlenswert!

So this place is as it’s into description, rooms kitchen everything is well decor nice and cozy. Host is very responsive and connect immediately with all possible solution for our travel needs, supermarket etc House is 5-8 mins walk away from LRT station Which will help to connect further PATH for New York Had wonderful time staying at Zara’s place

The house was literally so cute and looked just like the pictures. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. The vibe this apartment gave was very peaceful and I loved that we were able to change the temperature’s depending on the room! The smart TV has very nice picture and sound! I would gladly book again in the near future!
We had an amazing time staying at Zara's place. Closer to everything that we wanted to see in New York. We had a rental car and we always find a parking at night time, you just need to drive around and find one. Read the signs before you park. We didn't have any trouble with neighbours or anyone in the area. Thanks again Zara for everything.

No complaints whatsoever, you won’t be disappointed staying here. Everything was clean and organized, the kitchen also has tea and coffee and spices if you’re planning on cooking. Most responsive host I’ve experienced so far and very kind. 10/10.
