Great little place for a group. Zara responded quickly to anything that we needed

The unit is immaculate inside and as described. It was very comfortable and everything was in great shape. The kitchen is well-stocked, and there are plenty of linens, towels, etc. provided by the hosts. This space is great for a family or group traveling together - there are common areas to hang out together, and plenty of privacy for chilling out. It is definitely best to not have a vehicle for this space, as it is an easy 8-10 minute walk to the PATH Station at Journal Square. There is free street parking with quite a few restrictions (limited to 2 hour increments unless you have a local parking permit for the neighborhood, and no parking two days per week for several hours for street sweeping). There are several paid parking structures nearby.

Dishwasher is not working and overall experience was good. Near to path.

Zara is an amazing host and the location of the house is great. It’s very convenient and closer to NY. I would definitely book this place for my future travel.

You can’t beat the price for a location that’s 15 minute ride to downtown Manhattan without traffic. Very sweet and kind neighbors. Lots of space for group of 9, 2 full bath help. There’s a tiny subpar issue, and if Zara takes care of it as she promised, this will be the perfect stay.

Schön, stilvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft. Viel Platz mit Gartensitzplatz. Nur 5min von der Path Station entfernt und daher schnell in NY City. Zara ist gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Würde diese Unterkunft auf jedenfall wieder buchen.

Zara aways answered fast, the house was exactly what we needed near public transportation, and the descriptiom matched to what we found

The Colorburst is located in a great area that feels safe and close to public transportation. a 5 min walk to the PATH station and easy access to get to new york. there's also great food choices near the airbnb and right around the corner from Indian Square. Easy access to get to and inside the airbnb. My party of 6 and I had pleanty of space divided among us and often came together in the living room to eat and watch TV. the mattress I slept on was quite firm which was new to me but extremely comfortable. I might switch to a firm mattress lol. Beautiful kitchen and a nice utensils for us to eat with. Zara has been extremely nice and efficient with communication. Speedy response time and overall friendly. I would stay here again with my friends if I could

It was a great place in a very good location. Easy to get to path station ( 10 min walking distance) and 15 min to WTC or 40 min to Empire State and safe as well, with only few houses on the street. House was clean and exactly as described. Zara is super helpful and always replies for anything we asked. Only minus is parking, which is an effort to find but once we figured out - can take up to few blocks to walk but manageable. Although Zara does warn about the parking in advance- so cannot complain. Highly recommend for NY trip!

Le logement est génial, très spacieux nous étions 8 (dont 6 ados) et n’avons pas manqué de place, les équipements sont complets et de très bonne qualité . La situation est idéal, il suffit de marcher 5 minutes pour rejoindre le path qui vous emmènera directement au centre de Manathan pour la première ligne et du côté du wall street center et du pont de Brooklyn pour la seconde ligne. Logement que je recommande vivement il a contribué à rendre notre séjour de 5 nuits à New York exceptionnel.

Such an amazing little place! We will definitely keep note to stay again! It is exactly as pictured and so clean. The house is right on the edge of India square so there are endless great restaurants. Plus the host offers a welcome packet with recommendations. Conveniently, the path station was only a 5-10 minute walk away so we took the train into Manhattan every day. The neighborhood also felt very safe. All the homes were decorated for the holidays so that made a cheerful experience

My stay at the ColorBurst duplex was absolutely fantastic! The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the PATH station, which made getting to NYC quick and easy. There was so much room even though we had 9 people in our group! The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in and providing all the essentials for a hassle-free stay. I especially appreciated when we had a little struggle with the weather and might have needed to cancel our trip but with the communication, we were able to figure it out! We were a little worried about the parking but Zara communicated very clearly about it and we were able to find street parking for 2 cars right down the road which was such a plus! If you're looking for a stylish, convenient, and comfortable place to stay near NYC, this is it. I can’t wait to come back and make this an annual trip with my girlfriends!

Great place overall very clean and neat space. Only problem I had was I was not aware of the ticketing for parking in front of the building on certain days

Zara`s place is greatly located to get into the city. The furniture are OK. I would describe it as a good AirBnB, but the quality of everything is clearly made for renting the space out frequently, so investments in high quality furniture is limited. The size is amazing with the basement giving options to find a calm area in the apartment at any time and/or separate groups. Overall, we liked it and would recommend Zara and the place again.

Nice place, not far from the train to NY. One downside is the upstairs neighbors. Not sure if the host stays there, but both mornings we were all woken out of our sleep to the loudest stomping, running, and banging from what sounded like a hoard of children. It was so loud that no one could sleep. this was very frustrating, though the host had rules guest about quiet hours

We had a great stay at Zara's place. Everything was as pictured and had all the listed amenities. The listing is conveniently located by many shops, restaurants, and only a ten minute walk to the PATH station which we used several times. This alone made exploring Jersey and NYC very convenient and inexpensive. I would recommend booking this property, if you are on the fence.

This venue had great beautiful vibes. My family and I made some great memories visiting my NJ & NY FAMILY. It was close vicinity to great filipino food options and close commute options. Zara was great and very proactive to answering any questions regarding the location and made a smooth transition for our stay. Thank you Zara for everything.

The house was great! Everything was clean. The host was extremely responsive and very supportive. There was no laundry detergent and I was coming after a long drive, she actually ordered and got it delivered the very next morning. Had a great experience and will highly recommend

We had a great stay! Walkable to the PATH train and enough space for our family of 6. We ended up parking in a paid garage a few blocks away. It was easy to park there.

We had a comfortable stay as a group of 6, the apartment was clean and exactly as described. We made good use of the coffee machine and the laundry. Not going home with dirty washing was a bonus. There were shops close by and also the PATH train station that got us into Manhattan within 30 minutes max, we travelled there every day. The host was accessible and responded quickly, all-in-all we had a great time, we’d happily return and would definitely recommend.

This place was great - very nicely designed and furnished. We appreciated the outdoor patio to hang out in the evening. I'm always a little bit bummed when I need to strip down the bedding after stay since it's extra work but other than that it was great!

Great place to stay. Brilliant location, just a 12 min walk to Journal Square PATH station which gets you to WTC in 20 mins. House is spacious and has got all the necessary amenities. Host Zara was very helpful and patiently answered all our questions. This is a great place for a big family to rest, watch TV, work, or just have a good family time. The only bad experience with my stay was no water availability on the first night of our stay, due to some unannounced last minute road repair work by the city. But this wasn't any mistake of the host/property. Everything else were top notch and as advertised! I will recommend the property for the convenient location, spacious house and good amenities!

The host was friendly, communicative, and helpful throughout—from sharing great local food recommendations to making sure we had clear directions to the nearby train station, which made getting into the city super convenient. The home was great for our group of 7, with plenty of space and a well-equipped kitchen that made it easy to prepare meals when we chose to stay in. We also appreciated how responsive and accommodating the host was, especially when something came up—she handled it quickly and professionally. Overall, a great experience!

Very clean!! Great location near little India (great food) and walkable to journal square path train. Quiet dead end street with free street parking. Amazing coffee at Mod Coffee a couple blocks away! Very responsive host.

Staying there it do feel like it was homeThe kitchen. Small very nice in the host she do respond back at a decent time. Parking space it’s kind of difficult. Just gotta make sure you park in your car in a decent spot so it will not get towed the beds was very comfortable well maintenance and the host was very friendly, and I appreciate everything that she’s done for me and my family. You will enjoy the stay whoever book this place you’re loving.

We had a wonderful stay here for a vacation to NYC. We chose the listing for size as there was 9 of us and the proximity to the Path. We were two families with 5 kids, from 5-15, so this place was perfect! The kids loved that they could spread out and the adults loved that we could hang out. The kitchen (including fully stocked coffee and tea bar) was well appointed and nicely updated. The two bathrooms were modern and clean. The beds were SO comfortable, the bedrooms are a bit small, which is to be expected in the city, but they were nicely decorated and had everything we needed. We would definitely choose this apartment again if we come back for another trip.

The best part was it was very easy to walk to the Journal Square PATH station from the unit so we could go explore NYC. Would definitely recommend!

Bel appartement, exactement comme décrit dans la description. L'appartement est à 5 minutes du train pour se rendre de New York. Près de plusieurs commerces (pharmacie, épicerie, etc). L'hôte est très amicale et répond très rapidement. Deux bémols, la cuisine est peu équipée pour cuisiner et les murs peu insonorisés (on entend très bien ce qui se passe dans l'appartement du haut et dehors).

We verbleven met 10 personen in het huisje en alles is heel goed gegaan. Het huisje was prima voor ons tienen. Met twee badkamers was het soms even plannen, maar het werkte prima. Superfijn dat er een wasmachine en droger aanwezig waren. De keuken had bijna alles wat we nodig hadden. Het enige wat we misten was een ovenschaal voor in de oven, daar kwamen we pas ’s nachts achter, maar verder was alles top. De locatie ligt in een levendige buurt met veel lokale winkeltjes en kleine supermarkten. Er zijn genoeg avondwinkels, dus als je ’s nachts honger krijgt, kun je altijd nog iets halen. Het station Journal Square ligt op loopafstand en je hebt twee metro-opties richting Manhattan, dus de verbindingen zijn echt goed. Er waren wat kleine probleempjes op de eerste dag, maar Zara loste alles super snel en vriendelijk op. De service was echt top! Als we nog eens naar New York gaan, zouden we hier zeker weer verblijven. Dank voor alles Zara!

Our two families (4 adults and 4 teenagers) stayed here for our first trip to NYC. It is fabulously located for trips into Manhattan- an easy walk to the PATH then access from the WTC to just about anywhere. By the end we felt like real locals. The apartment is beautiful and has personality.

This was an excellent place for our large family group to celebrate Christmas in New York/New Jersey. Being walking distance to the PATH train is a huge advantage, and the beds were comfortable. Zara was a kind host and great with rapid communication!

A place away from home! Everything was great! Such a perfect location, easy access to the Journal Path. There is construction going on in the street but honestly we didn’t even hear anything inside! Zara is so responsive and kind! If looking for a place to stay don’t look any further!

Zara is a perfect host—always helpful and ready to accommodate any request. The house is spacious and spotlessly clean. It’s close to the PATH station, making it easy to get to New York. Just a suggestion—not a criticism—to add more kitchen utensils, since Italians like to cook even when they’re on vacation.

Spacious and convenient to the PATH!

This home worked out extremely well for our group of 7 adults. Plenty of space and sleeping areas. With all of us showering and getting ready at the same time, we never ran out hot water. There was plenty of gathering space and a nice outdoor area. Easy access to the PATH train or to catch an Uber into NYC. And Zara was extremely friendly, proactive, responsive, and gave clear instructions. Highly recommend

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Zara. L'appartement très bien situé : - 10 petites mns à pieds du path (Journal square). - l'aéroport de Newark est à une vingtaine de minutes environ en uber, celui de JFK à 1h30 environ via le path/ LIRR + air train) . - Manhattan est à 25 /35minutes (10 mns à pieds du path + 15 minutes de la station world trade center ou 10 mns à pieds du path + 25 minutes de la station 33 eme rue). Nous avons pu dormir à 9 (2 couples, 1 jeune adulte et 4 enfants ) de manière confortable. Il y a de quoi faire quelques petites courses aux alentours (sur le trajet pour aller au path) et Zara nous avait laissé de quoi faire quelques lessives et quelques indispensables en cuisine (café ...). Zara a toujours été très réactive et a répondu à nos demandes. Bref, une très bonne expérience et un super séjour !

Town house was exactly what we needed for our first trip to New York. Is about 10 min walk to the subway station Journal Square. lots of food options around Journal Square and lots of Indian food the other direction. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, and bathrooms were clean.

Great stay, would recommend for anyone, especially families. Zara was prompt and responsive and solved any issues which arose immediately, a great host! The rooms were tidy and comfortable to sleep in.
