Welcome to StoneHaus — a newly gut-renovated historic brownstone on Jersey City's West Side, where original architectural character meets clean, modern design across ~1,500 sq ft of thoughtfully separated living space.
The bones of this building are the story. Twelve-foot ceilings, exposed brick walls, and original details that most renovations tear out — StoneHaus preserves them, then pairs them with updated finishes, quality furnishings, and every comfort a group needs for a genuinely great stay.
The main floor opens into a bright, open-concept living and dining area anchored by those soaring ceilings and the kind of exposed brick that you can't manufacture. The kitchen flows directly into the space and includes a coffee and tea station and a breakfast nook, making it easy for groups to gather without crowding. The primary bedroom is also on this level — a king suite with an ensuite bath and blackout window treatments, offering privacy and comfort right off the main living area.
Head downstairs and the layout opens up again: a relaxed lounge-style second living area with its own TV is perfect for splitting off after dinner or catching a game. Two additional bedrooms sit on this level, including one with two queen beds — great for families or friend groups who want flexible sleeping arrangements. A second full bathroom and in-unit washer and dryer complete the lower level.
The result is a home that works particularly well for families, multi-generational groups, and longer stays — two living areas mean everyone has space to coexist comfortably without stepping on each other.
Private dedicated parking is included. Journal Square PATH is 8 minutes away. Times Square is 30 minutes. MetLife Stadium — FIFA 2026 venue — is 20 minutes by car. Newark Airport is 18 minutes.

Guest Access
You'll have exclusive access to the entire 1st floor and ground-level duplex unit. The property consists of two completely separate residences, each with its own private entrance — full privacy is guaranteed throughout your stay.
One dedicated on-site parking space located directly behind the property is included. Additional free street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis — please read all street signs carefully for cleaning schedules and parking regulations.
Prior to arrival, you'll receive detailed check-in instructions and a personalized smart lock access code for seamless, contact-free entry.
